Select the Payment type for the agent. Select Fixed
Amount/Percentage as the terms with the Agent.

Select the charge code under which the paid
commission is to be accounted

Select Active/Inactive. This status indicates whether selected
agent is working for the company(Active) or not(Inactive)

Enter comments about the Agent in 1000 Charactors for further reference.
