This option is used to end the lease and to make to unit vacant so that it can be occpied by another prospective tenants.

After selecting the tenant,lease details and any pending receivables from the tenant are displayed.

Before excuting the move out process for the tenant the total receivables from the tenant should be zero.

Click on the Move-Out button to begin the move out Process.
