Tenant Process Recivables  This option is used to create receivable particulars of all the monthly recurring charges payable by the Tenat to the company. These charges are specified when the Lease are created. The system maintains the process date. This Monthly process has to be run only once at the begining of every month. Click on Process to generate recevibales enrty for the amount and stored in the Database. Amounts will not be updated in the Ledger as a transaction until user post the receivables.
